What happens in the free 15-minute Clarity Audit?
We focus on one real problem you’re dealing with and use AI as a thinking partner to:

Is the Clarity Audit a sales call?
No. It’s a short working session. If it’s a fit, we’ll explain the next step. If not, you still leave with clarity.
Do I need to be “good at AI” for this?
No. The point is to make AI practical and useful without needing technical skills. Your judgment stays in control.
What is a “DNA-Trained AI Assistant”?
It’s an AI assistant trained on:
how you think
your goals and constraints
your tone and writing style
how your business operates
So it can help you research, draft, plan, and think — consistently — without sounding generic.
What do I need to get started?
A ChatGPT account (required) and willingness to share:
your goals and priorities
how you make decisions
examples of your writing/communication (optional but helpful)
key docs (process notes, offers, FAQs, SOPs — whatever you already have)
What tools do you use?
Typically: ChatGPT, Framer, Gmail, Calendly, and Stripe (for payments). You don’t need anything fancy.
Do you store my private information?
We only use what you provide to deliver services and improve your experience. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.
Will AI replace my judgment?
No — and we don’t build it that way. The entire approach is designed to protect your judgment while expanding your options and speeding up research and drafting.
How long does the DNA-Trained AI Assistant take?
It depends on scope, but it’s typically a multi-week working engagement (1 hour minimum/week). The goal is to build something usable fast, then refine it with real use.
Do you offer refunds?
If you purchase a service, refund terms (if offered) are shown at checkout or in the agreement/invoice.
How do I book a call?
Use the Book button on the site (Calendly). If you don’t see availability that works, email us and we’ll try to accommodate.
Do you work with companies that could be considered competitors of your employer?
No. We don’t accept engagements that create a conflict of interest or could reasonably be viewed as competitive with our current employer. If there’s any doubt, we’ll decline the work.
Will you ever share confidential or proprietary information?
No. We don’t use or disclose proprietary or confidential information from any current or former employer. Our work is based on general experience, public information, and client-provided materials.
